The vomit that is. Now Athena has it, I can only hope she is done after one night, but she looks green still. We will take it super easy today. She is in good spirits though, just finished her cinnamon toast. I'll post a video later of my kids breakfast demo. They love making their own breakfast.
This can keep your kids busy for quite awhile.

And by the way, I think my kids are the poster children for a vegan life style. Both were vegan since conception, both were born quite healthy and continue to be so. My son was a whopping 10 lbs 9 oz, so yeah, they aren't starving!

I'm so glad Athena is better now! I absolutely ADORE how Athena calls it "marg." like a good old English housewife.
I need to get Ollie involved in the toast spreading. Rowan looked so occupied!! Though I'm sure the trick is just having a very thorough older sister as a role model.

I bet Ollie would be occupied too. I was actually surprised by Rowan's focus as I think that may have been the first time I gave him a knife. I love that she calls it "marg" too. I don't know how that started but she's been saying that for years.
