
It was really hot today and by the afternoon I was tired and overheated and wanted a little treat. This is my favorite treat when I don't have any baked goods in the house:)
Banana Chocolate PB Shake
1 frozen banana
12 ounces almond milk (if you plan on having some to share)
1 scoop of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
1 spoonful of chocolate sauce
Blend and enjoy.
